Most people would answer that creativity is important. The deeper question is why is creativity important. First we have to decipher when creativity is used and how using creativity can make impact. When I think about creativity, I think about other factors that align with creativity in order to make impact. By Integrating the arts within curriculum and lesson plans, we are able to foster creativity in students. This helps to increase their achievement, in turn promoting students to develop 21st century thinking skills . These components become cyclical in nature and depend upon another for impact. How can you encourage this pattern or cycle for young people? How can creativity help with problem solving, serving as a solution-focused endeavor for all work?
